Students acquire knowledge and skills on how to analyze and understand strategic challenges, how to develop succesful strategies, make strategic decisions, and to implement the strategies. A special focus will be on understanding the challenges of digital transformation, on the development of new business models, and on the interfaces between strategy, innovation, and finance.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree.

Eine Anmeldung erfolgt beim Pflichtmodul 1: Strategisches Management zur LV VU Strategisches Management, eine Anmeldung in die dazugehörenden SEs Strategisches Management erfolgt über LFU:online nach Absolvierung der VU durch das Institut.

Die Anmeldung zu den LVs der weiteren Pflichtmodule des 1. Semesters (Pflichtmodul 2: Strategisches Marketing und Strategische Markenführung, Pflichtmodul 3: Marktforschung) erfolgt nach Absolvierung des vorausgesetzten Pflichtmoduls durch das Institut.
