Vertiefende Bearbeitung architektonischer Konzepte. Die Studierenden können ihre Entwürfe überzeugend kommunizieren, detailliert darstellen und innerhalb des jeweiligen theoretischen oder gestalterischen Kontexts positionieren.

The Reversible City

Certain extreme situations have the virtue of showing new realities. The actual crisis of the coronavirus revealed a new urban condition. Under quarantine, people have been secluded in their homes leaving the public space complete empty. A situation where the public space has been relocated into the private domain and the public domain became inaccessible private space. Public and private have swap their relation with their solid/void original conditions. In the course we will explore the possibility of establishing this mutable condition as intrinsic attribute of a new kind of urban fabric, the reversible city.
