This semester excursion will be in Italy. Territory where personalities such as Guarino Guarini, Gian Lorenzo Bernini and Francesco Borrimini have developed their baroque creative vocabulary. The excursion will visit three main cities: Turin, Rome and Naples. The course will alternate visits to the most iconic Baroque masterpieces to detours and sneakpeaks of modern architectures, lectures of Theory of History and Computation and studio visits at current dynamic Architectural firms. 

Notes:  Neo-Baroque post-digital possibilities are plentiful: foremost such paradigm shifts in architecture are not only reactive to changes in society but are proactive towards the production of cultural transformations such as the way we design, produce and place buildings into the environment.
